Operations Manager

Over 35 years of experience in providing quality precast and prestressed concrete products to the Tri-State and surrounding areas!

We are looking for an Operations Manager:

• Oversee day to day operations at New Jersey facility (Includes plant, yard, maintenance & QC)
• Understand projects, both short term and long term
• Prepare production forecasts
• Drive efficiency and reduce hours
• Reduce overtime
• Improve housekeeping
• Improve safety
• Control overall costs and P&L
• Hold employees accountable

In need of someone that is a go-getter and will drive change on the production floor.
