Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Tech Specialist to join our team in Weymouth, Massachusetts. As an HVAC Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-10 years of experience in the field and possess a strong technical background in HVAC systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with company standards and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating various parts and components.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC systems, including handling refrigerants and electrical systems.
- Communicate with clients and provide recommendations on HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to work performed, including service reports and invoices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-10 years of experience as an HVAC Tech Specialist.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Familiarity with refrigerants and EPA regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
