Key Responsibilities:

2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
3. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electronic issues, recommending appropriate solutions.
4. Provide exemplary customer service, addressing client concerns, explaining service details, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
5. Maintain a pristine, organized, and secure workspace, adhering to all company safety and cleanliness standards.
6. Continuously inspect vehicles and motorcycles to preempt potential issues.
7. Document all services rendered, maintaining meticulous records for future reference.
8. Collaborate with the parts department for timely ordering of necessary components.
9. Engage in continuous learning opportunities to remain current with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive and/or Motorcycle Service Technician.
2. Technical certification or relevant degree in automotive or motorcycle repair.
3. Robust mechanical and troubleshooting expertise.
4. Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
5. Outstanding customer service skills with an ability to simplify technical jargon for a lay audience.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement is a plus.
